John O. Miller, 89, painter, Carpenter
John O Miller, 89, of 2280 Freemansburg, Ave., Wilson died
5:05 p.m. yesterday in Easton Hospital. He was hospitalized
April 5. He was ill a year.
Mr. Miller was a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Pump
and Compressor Co. He was a painter and carpenter for the company.
he retired Jan 19, 1954.
Born Sept 16, 1870 in Williams Township, he was a son of the
late John and Anna Diehl Miller. His wife the former Emma Raub,
died Aug 20, 1958.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Williams Township.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. LeRoy Rider, Wilson, and
Mrs. Charles Raub, Easton; a brother, James A who also resides
at the Wilson address; five Grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ashton
Funeral Home, Easton.
