Mrs. Gordon Bennett
Mrs. Minerva E. Bennett, 93, of 1097 W.. Berwick St., Easton,
died yesterday in Easton Hospital where she was admitted Oct.
15.
Born on April 7, 1882, in Williams Township, she was a daughter
of the late Josiah and Mary Wallen Moser.
She and her husband, Gordon J. Bennett, celebrated their 68th
wedding anniversary last September. They resided with their
Son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Blair B. Crusan.
Survivors include her husband, four other daughters, Mrs.
Winifred Broderick, Palmer Township; Mrs. Randy Diehl, Moscow,
Pa.; Mrs. Rhoda Miller, Wilson, and Mrs. William McGilton,
Easton; two sons, Clair and Lloyd, both of Williams Township;
a sister, Mrs. Walter Cramer, Easton; two grandchildren, 21
great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. A daughter,
Mrs. Evelyn Benzoni of Hornell, N.Y., died two years ago.
The funeral and interment will beheld tomorrow at the convenience
of the family. The Strunk funeral Home, Easton, is in charge
of the arrangements. |
