Mrs. Annie E. Ackerman
Mrs. Annie E. Ackerman, 71 years old, widow of Jeremiah Ackerman,
did suddenly last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Raymond
Gangware, 623 Valley avenue. She was apparently in good health
throughout the day and expired after the evening meal, while
seated in a chair in the living room.
She was a native and lifelong resident of this city and was
a duaghter of the long deceased, Emanuel and Eliza Vogel, of
this city.
Her survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Gangware, with whom she
resided and these other children; Mrs. Hattie Nelson, George
F. Ackerman, Mrs. Lillie Ackerman, Raymond E. Ackerman, all
of Easton, and Lloyd Ackerman, of Buffalo, N.Y. The following
brothers and sisters, Mrs. Frank Bougher, of Easton; Adam Vogel,
of Easton; Mrs. Eva Derr, of Cleveland, O., and Harvey Vogel
of Easton. There are also nine grandchildren. She was a member
of St. John's Lutheran Church of Easton. |
